Credit Card Transfer Partners

Your complete reference for which bank points transfer to which airlines. Find the best ratio for your next redemption.

How transfers work

Transferring points from your bank (Chase, Amex, etc.) to an airline program is a one way street. Once transferred, you cannot move them back. Always confirm award availability before transferring, and check if there are any active transfer bonuses that could stretch your points further.

Tips for Florida & Texas Travelers

Best for Southwest flyers (MCO, TPA, DAL)

Chase Ultimate Rewards and Bilt are your only options for transferring to Southwest Rapid Rewards. If Southwest is your primary airline, these are must have cards.

Best for Latin America (MIA, IAH)

Avianca LifeMiles is the sweet spot program for flights to Central and South America. All five bank programs transfer to Avianca, giving you maximum flexibility.

Best for Europe from Florida

Virgin Atlantic Flying Club offers incredible value for Delta flights to Europe. All five programs transfer to Virgin Atlantic, and their award rates from Florida to London or Paris are often 30 to 50 percent cheaper than booking through Delta directly.

Only option for American Airlines

Citi ThankYou is the only transferable points program that partners with American Airlines. If you fly out of DFW or MIA (both AA hubs), Citi is essential for award bookings on American metal.

Get notified about transfer bonuses

Banks frequently offer 20 to 40 percent bonus transfers to specific airlines. Early Bird Air Premium+ members get alerts when bonuses appear for their home airport routes.
