The Good
- Large space with plenty of seating as United's primary East Coast hub club
- Shower facilities are a plus for early arrivals or connections
- Good food rotation throughout the day keeps things fresh
- Central location in Terminal C with easy access to most United gates
The Bad
- Gets very crowded during the morning international departure rush
- Not as premium as the Polaris Lounge down the hall
- Food quality varies throughout the day, best during fresh restock times
Pro Tips
- If you have Polaris Lounge access, skip this club entirely and head to the Polaris Lounge near Gate C120. It is a completely different experience.
- The morning rush from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM is intense at this hub location. If possible, come after 10:00 AM when the first wave of departures has cleared.
- The shower suites here are less in-demand than at the Polaris Lounge. If you need a quick shower during a connection, this is the faster option.
- Ask about the rotating craft beer selection. They frequently feature local New Jersey and New York breweries that you will not find at other United Clubs.
