No. The Centurion Lounge only accepts American Express Platinum, Centurion, and select Delta Reserve cardholders. Priority Pass, LoungeKey, and other third-party programs are not accepted.

Is there a wait to get in?

Often yes, especially between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. During peak times, waits of 15 to 30 minutes are common. The staff will text you when a spot opens so you can explore the terminal.

Can I visit if my flight departs from a different terminal?

Technically yes, but JFK terminals are not connected airside. You would need to take the AirTrain to Terminal 4, clear security, visit the lounge, then take the AirTrain back and re-clear security at your departure terminal. Budget at least 90 minutes total.
