If you are flying British Airways from Terminal 7, this United Club is an option with Star Alliance Gold status since BA is a oneworld carrier but the lounge accepts Star Alliance members flying United codeshares.
Mid-morning is the sweet spot. Early departures have cleared out and the afternoon rush has not started yet.
